Sestrière sits at the heart of one of Europe’s biggest ski areas known as Vialattea, Piemonte (Italy). More than 400 Km of perfectly snow-covered ski slopes make Sestrière heaven for skiing, snowboarding and freestylers enthusiasts. The ski area provides on- and off-piste tracks in the magnificent scenery of our mountains.

Sestrière regularly hosts Alpine Ski World Cup events and was chosen as the centre for the alpine events in the 2006 Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympics.

It isn’t just a winter resort. Summertime in the mountains is a time of magical and unexpected emotions, scents and experiences. In the summer it is possible to go for trekking, guided hikes, mountain bike rides (it offers a concentrated mix of some of the best riding in Europe), play tennis or play golf on Europe’s highest 18-hole course.
